Fold in ham, onion and parsley.
Pour egg mixture into a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or until the egg mixture is set in the middle.
Remove lid and turn slow cooker OFF. Allow quiche to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
