- 4 ounces of strong freshly ground hot coffee. We love our hand-held espresso maker and Burr coffee grinder for making delicious coffee absolutely anywhere.
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar, to taste
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce heavy cream lightly whipped
Irish Coffee Instructions
- Add brown sugar to your favorite camping mug
- Add freshly brewed coffee and Irish Whiskey
- Stir until sugar is dissolved
- Gently add the lightly whipped heavy cream by pouring over the back of spoon creating a topper of cream
- Do not stir, drink the Irish coffee through the topper of cream
